2015.09.24 Fish; Lemongrass Basil w/Veggie-fish & Rice

Quick and easy vegan hack. Found everything at Whole Foods Market.




What was used (Products are suggestions, substitute per need\want):

1 package Saffron Road (wholefoodsmarket.com) Lemongrass Basil Simmer Sauce
1 package Seeds of Change (wholefoodsmarket.com) Organic Brown Basmati Rice
1 package Gardein (wholefoodsmarket.com) Golden Fishless Filets
1 small red onion
1 small red potato
Frontier Co-op (wholefoodsmarket.com) Organic Curry powder

What was done:

  1. Cook the veggie fish via oven method.
  2. Chop the onion and the potato and saute.
  3. Add the simmer sauce to the saute onion & potato, set burner to simmer.
  4. Chip the veggie fish when done.
  5. Add the cooked veggie fish to sauce mix.
  6. Add the curry powder to taste to the mix.
  7. Cook the rice via package method.
