2015.11.07 Pasta; Cauliflower Pesto Penne w/Salad & Bread


What I used:

Hodgson Mill organic penne
Archer Farms roasted garlic cauliflower
Kite Hill ricotta
Victoria Vegan Alfredo artichoke sauce
Trader Joe's tapenade spread
Whole Foods Market vegan Caesar dressing

What I did:

Cook past via instructions
Combine cauliflower, ricotta, and sauce in pot bring to boil then reduce to simmer
Prepare salad and dress with vegan caesar dressing
Toasted olive oil brushed bread slices

Dressing:

Combine sauce and pasta then plate
Add salad mix/dressing
Top toast with tapenade
